SSS posted a project regarding Anelia Petronella Lubbe on 24 October 2023.
She went missing on Friday, 13 October 2023.
Within the hour, our specialist investigator
Ms Odette Van Staden, confirmed that Miss Lubbe had been found safe and unharmed. She has been reunited with her family.
This is another exceptional example of the success our national projects create, thanks to our extensive network of supporters.

Ms Lubbe was reported missing on the 21st of October 2023.
SSS received the mandate to help in the search for Miss Lubbe on the 24th of October 2023.
Within the hour, our specialist investigator assigned to the case found Miss Lubbe and confirmed that she was safe and unharmed.
The SAPS were not able to give the required Inquiry Number to her concerned family.
It was only when specialist investigator Ms Odette Van Staden called the responsible SAPS police station that she was able to ascertain the number: 01/10/2023.
This is a serious concern for our organisation.
It reflects on the SAPS' inadequacies in protecting South African citizens.
SSS would like to give the relevant SAPS officers the opportunity to state their case.
