The generator was mounted on a trailer with the registration number: CJV 866 MP.

CASE DETAILS:
Our client, Mr Johan Frey, who is the rightful owner of the generator, leased it to Johann Pelser of Leqanox (PTY) (LTD), doing business as Gen Hire SA.
Our client began to worry because the tenant no longer paid the rent owed to him for the rental of his generator.
There were several messages between our client and Johann Pelser that made many promises to pay the amount owed.
Our client went to SAPS Mookgophong and there reported the generator stolen.
The last available possible address of the generator was traced to the Grass Valley Chrome mine; when the site was visited, the generator was not found.
It is suspected that the generator may be in the Mookgophong area.
