In recent months, Specialised Security Services (SSS) has exposed horrific cases of cruelty and abuse inflicted on animals. While such heinous acts are not new, they often go unreported, ignored, or inadequately addressed by those responsible
for enforcing animal protection laws. This lack of accountability allows perpetrators to continue their abuse,
leaving innocent animals vulnerable to unimaginable suffering.
Mr. Mike Bolhuis, a well-known advocate for animal rights and welfare, has made it clear that SSS will
not stand idly by while such atrocities continue. SSS remains committed to identifying, investigating,
and ensuring that those who harm animals face the full force of the law.

The court case has been officially postponed to 26 February 2025.
This decision was made to allow for the appointment of a new judge, ensuring that the matter is presided over with impartiality and due diligence.
ALI
SSS remains deeply invested in Ali’s well-being and will continue to monitor his progress closely.
Regular follow-ups will ensure that he continues to heal and adjust to his new life without fear or suffering.
Further updates will be shared as Ali’s recovery journey and legal case progresses.
Ali's next court date is on 19 February 2025 in the Randburg Magistrate's Court.
