He cancelled it at 15:30 and is presumed to have left Bosloerie Street in East Lynne on foot for his residence in Wonderboom.
His phone was off at 18:00 on the same day.
SSS appreciates all relevant information to ensure Mr Otto's safe return.
Mr Otto is on chronic medication and might need medical assistance without it.
