READ THE FOLLOWING RELEVANT MEDIA ARTICLES:

CONTINUED MANIPULATION OF INVESTORS:

  • On 23 October 2024, Mr. Liebenberg made a Facebook Live video while he was detained.

  • He made subtle yet obvious gestures to the viewers that he is innocent, that the truth will prevail, and that they must not stop believing in their “mission”.

  • This shows that even when faced with the seriousness of being arrested, Mr. Liebenberg is still attempting to influence opinions and change the narrative.

CONSISTENT PROJECTS TO RAISE AWARENESS:

  • Over the past 12 months, Specialised Security Services has published several projects to inform and warn the public to steer clear of Mr. Louis Liebenberg and his associates.

  • As a result of these projects, many informants came forward with information, and many victims came forward and opened cases against Mr. Liebenberg.

  • This contributed to the investigations of the authorities and the Specialised Security Services Task Team.

READ THE PROJECTS HERE:

COMMENDATION TO THE AUTHORITIES:

Mr. Bolhuis commends the authorities who are involved, especially the Hawks and the specialized units of the SAPS who are working in close collaboration with the liquidators, SARS, and the Specialised Security Services Task Team.

Mr. Bolhuis has commended the whistleblowers for their bravery in coming forward with information, as well as the media who have been reporting on this matter with factual information and without sensation.

WARNING TO THOSE INVOLVED WITH MR LIEBENBERG:

  • Mr. Bolhuis has again issued a stern warning to anyone with information about the dealings of Mr. and Mrs. Liebenberg to come forward and provide their full cooperation with the authorities.

  • Mr. Bolhuis advises that everyone with information about illegal activities must come forward now before it is too late.

  • They should use this small window of opportunity to provide their full cooperation with authorities such as the HAWKS, the SAPS, and SARS, as further arrests can be expected on all parties and associates that have been and are still in business with Mr. Louis Liebenberg and Mrs. Dezi Liebenberg.

  • Take note that SARS must not be underestimated, and they are fully and totally involved in this investigation.

  • All people operating with, involved in, promoted by, and benefitting from illegal activities with Mr. Louis Liebenberg and Mrs. Dezi Liebenberg must seriously consider their positions.

  • Mr. Bolhuis advises that complainants who have not registered criminal cases yet should gather all their evidence and statements and immediately open cases at their nearest Police station.

  • Once the cases have been opened, they must email the information of the cases to the HAWKS in Kimberley at:

  • and/or to the SSS Task Team:

If you need assistance with opening the required cases, contact the SSS Task Team.

  • Since the publication of the last project on Mr. Liebenberg, Mrs. Dezi Liebenberg, associates and partners - Specialised Security Services has been inundated with compliments on the work and investigations carried out by our organisation.

  • Additional complaints regarding Mr. Liebenberg’s continued knock-and-scams have been received.

  • Mr. and Mrs. Liebenberg’s enterprises have slowly but certainly started to collapse in the past 6 months, mostly owing to the continued efforts by Mr. Bolhuis, the SSS Task Team and the media, who are exposing the truth - that Mr. Liebenberg and his cohorts are misrepresentators, fraudsters and thieves.

  • Mr. Bolhuis has warned that the prosecution phase of this case will be a lengthy process, and all parties involved are requested to remain patient as justice will eventually prevail.

BAIL APPLICATION HEARING:

  • On 24 October 2024, the nine suspects appeared in the Bronkhorstspruit Magistrate Court for their bail application hearings.

  • The prosecution stated that bail for the following three suspects would not be opposed:

    • Ms. Helena Dorothea Amy Schulenburg.

    • Mr. Walter Niedinger.

    • Ms. Magdalena Petronella Kleynhans.

  • The prosecution stated that they are opposing bail for the following 4 suspects because their permanent residence had not been confirmed:

    • Mr. Johannes Petrus Badenhorst.

    • Ms. Christelle Badenhorst.

    • Mr. Adriaan Dewald Strydom.

    • Ms. Nicolize van Heerden.

  • The prosecution stated that bail will be opposed for Mr. and Mrs. Liebenberg should they bring bail applications.

  • Mr. and Mrs. Liebenberg’s legal representative stated that no bail application will be made for the couple, they reserved the right to bring a bail application later.

  • Although Mr. Liebenberg tried to present himself as insouciant, nonchalant and untroubled, he is clearly distressed.

  • Mr. Liebenberg displayed utter disrespect for court officials and blatant disregard in general court protocol.

  • He behaved as if he were at home - hosting one of his infamous social media live videos, proving that Mr. Liebenberg regards himself as someone who is above the law.

  • Mr. Liebenberg’s behaviour is irresponsible and reckless, showing no remorse for those affected by his illegal activities.

  • Mrs. Liebenberg did not attempt to mask her emotions.

  • It was evident that she was afraid of the inevitable.

  • Mrs. Liebenberg appeared shocked when it was announced by her legal representative that she would not be applying for bail.

  • It was clear that Mrs. Liebenberg was expecting to apply for bail, even though her legal representative indicated otherwise.

  • The general behaviour of all suspects in court changed throughout the day.

  • As the day progressed the situation became progressively more tense – as suspects started realising that they would have to wait another week before being allowed to apply for bail.

  • It also seemed as though some of the suspects came to grips with reality, realising that the situation was serious, and that it was not going to simply go away.

  • As the suspects start to accept the reality of their situation and the discomfort of jail sets in, the chances are good that they will start turning on each other, and on Mr. and Mrs. Liebenberg.

  • The same can be said for suspects who have not been arrested yet.

  • As they witness the media and what is happening to their associates, they too are bound to realize that the only way to avoid the same, is to provide their full co-operation with the authorities.

PRISON IS NO JOKE:

  • When your comfort is stripped away, and a simple thing like making yourself a cup of coffee is no longer an option, the reality of prison sinks in.

  • Cells are uncomfortable and dirty; mattresses are covered in fleas and personal hygiene is non-existent.

  • You have no choice with whom you share a cell, and social status means nothing in prison. In fact, you will be subjected to even worse treatment for having a higher social status.

  • These are some of the realities that the detained suspects will have to face.

JUDGEMENT ON THE DAY'S PROCEEDINGS:

  • After taking several factors into account, the judge delivered his ruling on the bail applications of Mr. Niedinger, Mrs. Schulenburg, and Mrs. Kleynhans.

  • The following bail was set:

    • Mrs. Helena Dorothea Amy Schulenburg: R 20,000.00

    • Mrs. Magdalena Petronella Kleynhans: R 20,000.00

    • Mr. Walter Niedinger: R 100,000.00

  • The bail hearing was postponed until the 31st of October 2024, when the remaining suspects are expected to bring their bail applications.

I never could have imagined the nightmare of losing access to my digital wallet. All of my cryptocurrency holdings were abruptly imprisoned, inaccessible, and appeared to be lost forever following a catastrophic hardware breakdown. Years of meticulous investment and careful saving were reduced to nothing more than strings of code that I could no longer control, and I could feel the dread and sorrow that swept through me at that very instant. Thankfully, during my worst moment, I came into (TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT), a professional service devoted to recovering lost or inaccessible digital data. With optimism, I went out to their team of skilled technologists, laying bare the full nature of my issue. What followed was a laborious, multi-ste…
