After our first two projects detailing the cases and complaints against Mr Jansen van Rensburg,
more complainants contacted Specialised Security Services and requested investigations with
the intention of registering criminal cases with the SAPS against Mr Jansen van Rensburg.
We have also received complaints of alleged fraud relating to the registered company BLUESERVE PTY LTD
of which Mr Jansen van Rensburg is listed as director.

The following cases are currently being investigated on behalf of several complainants:
Crimen Injuria.
Gender-Based Violence.
Common Assault.
Fraud.
Harassment.
Hate Speech.
Obstruction of Justice.
Contravention of Section 14 of the Cybercrimes Act.
Contravention of Section 15 of the Cybercrimes Act.
Contravention of the law on electronic communications as outlined in the POPI Act.
Specialised Security Services has confirmed with the SAPS that case number CAS 159/6/2024 was registered on 11 June 2024 by a complainant in Pretoria, Gauteng, at Wierdabrug SAPS.
The case is still under investigation.
Specialised Security Services also confirmed with the SAPS that a secondary case is also under investigation by the SAPS in Hibberdene KZN.
In response to the first two projects published by Specialised Security Services, Mr Jansen van Rensburg took to social media in an attempt to discredit Mr Bolhuis.
Mr Jansen van Rensburg stated during a public video broadcast that he would investigate and expose Mr Bolhuis.
In the process, Mr Jansen van Rensburg published illegal information obtained from the South African Police Service systems.
The incident is currently under investigation.

Specialised Security Services contacted all the complainants in cases that are currently under investigation and instructed them to avoid contacting or provoking Mr Jansen van Rensburg on social media until the investigations had been concluded.
Records of all public interactions pertaining to the cases and the parties involved are being kept for further investigation.
WARNING TO THE PUBLIC:
Refrain from discussing a pending criminal investigation on social media, do not contact or attempt to intimidate complainants,
witnesses or persons of interest, as you could be making yourself guilty of obstructing justice.
DISTRIBUTION OF ILLEGAL CLASSIFIED INFORMATION:
Specialised Security Services received information with supporting evidence that another party on TikTok is using contacts within the SAPS to gather classified information about private individuals from government systems.
This information is then provided to TikTok users, who use the information to “expose” their rivals on the social media platform.
The information received along with the possible links to classified information shared on the TikTok platform by Mr Jansen van Rensburg is currently under investigation.
WARNING TO THE PUBLIC:
No member of the public is permitted under the law of South Africa to possess, distribute or broadcast information
obtained from the SAPS systems, whether it be in document, photo, video or screenshot format.
Should a person be found guilty of such actions, a prison sentence of up to 10 years could be served.
ATTEMPTED UNITED REBELLION THROUGH FALSE CLAIMS:
Mr Jansen van Rensburg has a tendency to attempt to form a united rebellion by making misleading statements. In recent events, Mr Jansen van Rensburg attempted to label those who disagree with him as homophobic. Even though the disagreements do not involve the sexual orientation or sexual preference of Mr Jansen van Rensburg.
HOMOPHOBIA IS A HATRED OF OR PREJUDICE AGAINST GAY, LESBIAN, BISEXUAL OR TRANSGENDER PEOPLE:
Homophobia constitutes the act where a person/s discriminates, hates, wishes ill will, damages or defames a person or a group of people based solely on their sexual orientation or their sexual preference.
IDENTIFYING THE FOLLOWING ABOUT A PERSON DOES NOT CONSTITUTE HOMOPHOBIA:
A person uses social engineering for monetary gain on social media.
A person uses manipulative measures to cause problems between others.
A person encourages others to sabotage another person or entity by spreading false rumours.
A person refuses to take responsibility for their actions that have hurt others.
A person lies about specific events or conversations.
A person uses emotional manipulation to move others to action.
A person acts in a vengeful manner towards others.
A person publishes derogatory and defaming content about others.
A person publishes illegally obtained personal information about others.
To put it bluntly, a person cannot claim that someone is homophobic simply because that someone does not agree with the way the person conducts himself, especially if the disagreement does not stem from the person’s sexual orientation or sexual preference.
Homophobia is a serious problem that many people face on a daily basis. For a person to make light of the problem by inciting the LGBT community to act based on false claims that are generated from a selfish need to form a united rebellion in order to win an argument is not only hurtful to the community but also leads to unwarranted arguments between innocent people.
MRS VAN RENBURG'S REHABILITATION:
Specialised Security Services was contacted by concerned members of the public who requested the assistance of Specialised Security Services to administrate the finances of a fundraiser, which was started to assist Mrs van Rensburg, the mother of Mr Jansen van Rensburg.
Mrs van Rensburg was contacted by Specialised Security Services to verify her version of events, it was found that she was in a very emotional and neglected state.
She also had physical injuries to her arms, hands and her face.
The nature of her injuries is currently under investigation.
Specialised Security Services, along with the assistance of concerned members of the public, arranged and paid for Mrs van Rensburg to visit a doctor.
She was examined, and she received the necessary medication.
Safe and secure accommodation was also arranged and paid for.
Mrs van Rensburg is receiving assistance and her living conditions have drastically improved.
More information about the fundraiser and the reason why the public had to become involved in assisting Mrs van Rensburg will be addressed in a follow-up project.
Specialised Security Services was contacted on 26 July 2024 by the residence manager where Mrs van Rensburg is currently residing.
The manager informed us that Mr Jansen van Rensburg threatened to visit the residence and confront Mrs van Rensburg.
Owing to her fragile state, Specialised Security Services instructed the manager of the residence to have Mr Jansen van Rensburg reported for trespassing and removed from the property by security and the SAPS if he should follow through on his statement to confront Mrs van Rensburg.
