Specialised Security Services received complaints from the public that several TikTok accounts have been posting videos containing screenshots of underaged children to the TikTok platform. These posts are published with the intention of intimidating the parents of the children on TikTok.
Some of the screenshots featuring the underaged children also contain text reading:
"RIP LITTLE ONES"
Several other complaints were received that indicate that the responsible account publishes the photos of close family members of other TikTok users with text messages on the photos that are both defamatory and misleading.
The Specialised Security Services Cybercrimes Unit is currently investigating complaints against several
TikTok accounts where such content is being published.
The primary TikTok accounts that were reported by several complainants for intimidation,
harassment, false accusations and exposure of minors is:

Specialised Security Services found that severe criminal allegations were made in some of the publications.
Those allegations include:
That a young man sexually assaulted his mother.
That a 14-year-old minor was sexually assaulted by her father.
That a young mother and father poisoned their baby.
It was found that the person behind the responsible TikTok account uses a modus operandi of obtaining photos and the history of his TikTok rivals on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The photos are then edited and published on TikTok in a context that depicts the rivals as murderers, rapists, and child abusers.
The responsible TikTok account then uses the photos and videos against his rivals to force them into submission out of the fear of having their innocent family members exposed in this way.
These actions are not only illegal but extremely dangerous to the people who are being exposed to false allegations:
It can be harmful to their personal and professional lives.
It can lead to reduced income or a complete loss of income.
It poses a very serious threat to their privacy and safety.
WARNING TO THE PUBLIC:
Do not engage in this kind of behaviour online.
Exposing a minor in any negative context is against the law and you will face criminal charges.
Do not use the personal information of others out of context for the purposes of extorting them, it is a criminal offence to extort/blackmail another person or entity.
Do not publish private or personal information about others on a public forum, it is against the cybercrimes act to do so.
Specialised Security Services is currently investigating the case and has already identified several accounts
linked to the ‘Bully Hunter’ TikTok account.
Account Identification as well as device identification has already been concluded and the
process of identifying the individuals responsible for operating the accounts is ongoing.

Do NOT:
Get involved in discussing the details of a case on an online platform.
Post illegally obtained material on an online platform.
Get involved in discussions about illegal material on an online platform.
Publish content about minors on an online platform.
DO:
Follow the legal and correct procedures when registering a case.
Provide a complete and detailed statement of events to the applicable authorities.
Always be truthful and honest when presenting a statement of events.
ADDITIONAL WARNINGS TO THE PUBLIC:
Do not believe everything you see, watch or read on social media.
Facts are often manipulated to suit an agenda.
Always confirm information with the appropriate authorities to separate factual information from hearsay.
Do not entertain unverified information.
Be wary of forwarding, reacting or commenting on publications that contain unverified information.
The ideal course of action when you come across a publication that is upsetting, untrue, unverified or misleading is to block the publisher of the publication and to ignore the content published.
By reacting to such a publication, you give unnecessary airtime to the publisher, and you assist in spreading false or misleading information.
