Card skimming is a form of credit card fraud. It involves the illegal copying of data from the magnetic strip of a credit or debit card.

on 24 October 2023.

She went missing on Friday, 13 October 2023.

Within the hour, our specialist investigator Ms Odette Van Staden, confirmed that Miss Lubbe had been found

For the past year, the SSS task team has been involved in an intensive investigation into Mr Ockert (“Ockie”) Engelbrecht of OE7 MOTORS.

Mr Engelbrecht was arrested on 9 June 2023 by Garsfontein SAPS detectives and appeared in court on Monday 12 June 2023.

Bail was set at R3000-00.

Mr Engelbrecht paid bail on 29 June 2023 and was released.

This has become a growing problem, especially on busy weekends.

22-Year-old Miss Odendal went missing in March 2023 from her home in Mpumalanga. Miss Odendal is expecting a baby.

It was suspected that she left with her partner to his home in Rayton

She never returned home.

SSS specialist investigator, Mr Jan Roos was contacted by a member of the public informing him that Miss Odendal was seen in Sunnyside, Pretoria, on Tuesday, 20 June 2023.

Joubert’s recent acts of fraud, theft and embezzlement have targeted unsuspecting victims here in South Africa as well as overseas (Germany in particular). Criminal cases have been opened in Germany and SSS has several copies of sworn affidavits in our possession.

Additionally, Joubert’s audacious pretence as a South African food specialist (“Braaimaster”) and trader in fresh producehighlights his deceitful nature and the depths to which he stoops to perpetrate his scams.

Ms Gaby Ndaba was last seen alive on Friday, 26 May 2023, at 17:34,
in Van Dyk Park, Boksburg.
Her body was found yesterday afternoon
on 1 June 2023, in a veld not 1,5 km from her home.
